●永田野菜DVD購入
以前、「通販生活」で紹介されていた”だれでもつくれる永田野菜DVD”をついに買っちゃいました。
永田野菜というのは、永田農法という独特の方法で作った野菜のことです。
それぞれの野菜や果物を原産地に近い環境をつくり、限界まで水やりを控えて野菜を育てます。別名「スパルタ農法」ともいわれています。
厳しい環境で野菜を育てると、野菜本来の能力が目覚め、糖度の多いうまみの強い野菜ができるとのこと。
生野菜大好きな私としては、「通販生活」で見たときに買いたいなあと思っていたのですが、しばし忘れていました。子供のクリスマスプレゼントを考えつつ、自分にも何かないかなと考えていたときに思い出しました。
ネットで検索するとほぼ日刊イトイ新聞で販売していることを発見！！
早速注文した次第です。
冬なのですぐに種まきとはいきませんが、準備をして春にはベランダのプランターで野菜作りをスタートさせたいと考えています。
春が待ち遠しい！
